President and Mrs. Coolidge were separately being shown around an experimental government farm. When Mrs. Coolidge came to the chicken yard, she noticed that a rooster was mating very frequently. Asking her tour guide how often that happened, she was told, “Dozens of times each day.” Mrs. Coolidge said, “Tell that to the President when he comes by.” Upon being told, the President asked, “Same hen every time?” The reply was, “Oh, no, Mr. President, a different hen every time.” The President then said, “Tell that to Mrs. Coolidge.”
The Coolidge Effect is the phenomenon seen in men whereby we need a break between sexual encounters with the same female to rest and recover, but given multiple partners, we can go from one to the next without rest. In other words, it takes you much longer to ejaculate twice with the same woman than it does to ejaculate once with two different women. Isn’t science interesting?
