In the absence of a plan, move toward the sound of gunfire and kill everything.
Rather than making a New Year’s resolution like every year, let’s do it backwards this year. In place of a list of things that you’re going “to do” in 2015, just make a list of 5 things that you’re “not going to do.”
Your mission, should you choose to accept it… During the first half of January, pull together a list of all the vendors you pay monthly. This includes everything from your cell phone to your car insurance. Call each of them and tell them that you want a better price. Ask what new deals they have for 2015 and for any changes you can make to your service to save money. If you’ve never done this before, you’re going to be shocked when you find out that two or three (or maybe more) of them will simply give you a better deal. It’s a common thing that companies will sign up new customers at a cheaper price than they give long-term, loyal customers who’re still paying rates from years ago.
This is actually a very cool idea, but one that went horribly wrong.
According to Congressman Justin Amash, Congress just passed a bill which grants the government and law enforcement “unlimited access to the communications of every American.” I’m speechless.
If you’re feeling like your career may have swerved off course, watch this. Marilyn Manson knows how to hold it together no matter what people are saying about him.
That’s it for now… Go make it happen!
