When it comes to the topics of building muscle and getting laid, I wish someone who knew what they were talking about could have just been honest with me. Unfortunately, most of the world’s pickup artist instructors and personal trainers don’t know the truth about testosterone, and the ones who do are lying to you. You’re about to learn the truth.

What I’m about to teach you will sound too good to be true, because it means that you can quickly and easily shed unwanted fat, and keep it off for the rest of your life. It’s not a magic pill. It’s actually a drink, and the only thing that could melt off body fat faster would be a blowtorch. It’s cheaper than eating at McDonald’s. It’s currently available to anyone who knows about it (this means you); and the best part, you’ll feel more energetic than you have in years.
The Body Mass Index is one of the most ridiculously misleading calculations still used in the modern medical community. It was invented in the early 19th century by a Belgian dude named Lambert Adolphe Jacques Quetelet, who was a mathematician, not a physician. The formula was used to measure the degree of obesity in the general population for the purposes of assisting the government in allocating resources. It is defined as a person’s body mass divided by the square of their height (kg/m2). The biggest problem is that it ignores the ratio of muscle to fat in the body. That’s a big deal when you realize that muscle is 18% denser than fat, and healthier.
Whether you’re new to the gym, a jackass that’s been there for a while, or a regular who’d like something to hand out to the new people and jackasses at your gym, here are Kwast’s Rules for the Gym.
I received an email from one of my readers asking: What is the ideal alpha male physique? I appreciate that this guy was looking for benchmarks to use as personal fitness goals, but it’s very important to understand that being alpha isn’t a look, it’s a mindset.
Newcomers to the gym don’t understand the difference between the goals of lifting weight vs. getting stronger. Successful men not only understand the difference but also how to apply this as a powerful metaphor for life in general.
There is no such thing as an unhealthy alpha male. I’ve previously covered the importance of what you eat, and why you’re insane if you’re not following a strict Paleolithic diet. In this article I’m going to focus on what you drink, tell you things to avoid, and give you the recipe for the perfect beverage.
Plastic is making androgynous pedophiles of us all. Put down the water bottle and listen up. The research is incredible. Most girls hit puberty now at age nine (you’re pretending not to notice, but I know you’ve noticed). If you take a look around on the Internet, lots of people are talking about why girls are becoming women so young, but the really disturbing news that no one seems to be talking about is how some of the same factors are turning boys into “little girls.”
A guy who is 100 pounds overweight, with no friends, girlfriend, or job, who sits at home playing video games is supposed to be depressed. That’s the way nature has evolved us. In the game of survival of the fittest, it feels good to be the alpha male and it feels bad not to be. If it wasn’t that way, what reason would a guy have to go out and succeed? Failure is supposed to hurt, so we avoid it. Success is supposed to feel good, so we seek it. If a person can sit at home, loaded on Prozac, completely happy with their worthless life, what reason do they have to better themselves?
